Designing a Virtual World

As the Technical Director for Phasespace, I developed this simple mini-game that allowed the player to play with the characters on screen. The game utilizes custom built components running through Autodesk MotionBuilder as visualization.

This demonstration allowed for an incorporation of a Head Mounted Display (HMD) along with a single pointer device. The focus of this demonstration was to immerse the user into a virtual world and allow for play with virtual widgets.


Another variation of Killbot allowed the user to control a virtual monkey in the environment. The user was required to wear a full body sensor suit.
