I developed this plugin as a Technical Director for PhaseSpace Motion Capture Inc. The project intention was to create a robust real-time animation solution. The plugin is capable of producing videogame-production quality facial animation with minimal work. Special thanks to Greg D'Andrea for being my test subject.

This video shows the real-time mapping of facial tracking onto a deformable mesh. Using only 16 points of reference, the software retargets to a reference face with over 50 control points.


This is one of the dialog lines from Eyelead Entertainment for their upcoming videogame. This video shows real-time deformations with no post processing.
